A central staircase will climb throughout the three floors, complete with viewing galleries, creating a cathedral like space complete with a formal Wall of Fame honouring the men and women with associations to Helensburgh who have led inspirational lives (the Helensburgh Heroes) containing memorabilia, ‘Hollywood Star’ type plaques and info panels.
Planning permission has been secured for the change of use and the project team are now working to bring these out line plans off the drawing board and into reality.
